Pomerene named great workplace for top talent
Pomerene Hospital has been selected as one of ERC’s NorthCoast 99 winners for 2023.
This marks the 18th time that Pomerene has won the award, which honors 99 great Northeast Ohio workplaces for top talent. The program was developed in 1999 by ERC, a firm that helps organizations build great workplaces through thought leadership, comprehensive data, and HR solutions.
As described by the award website:
“The NorthCoast 99 award doesn’t just recognize great Northeast Ohio workplaces. It recognizes great places to work for top talent — people that drive results, provide competitive advantages, and allow businesses to innovate and grow.”
To apply for the award, Pomerene demonstrated its commitment to policies and practices that attract and retain top performers. In addition, employees completed surveys about their workplace, including a survey that measures the preferences of top-performing individuals
