Pomerene Hospital Auxiliary Sporting Clay Shoot is on Friday, June 19, 2026, bringing together shooters, sponsors, and supporters for a day that benefits Pomerene Hospital.


Held at Airport Ridge Sporting Clays in Millersburg, this event raises critical funds that support hospital operations, equipment purchases, and facility improvements. Every team and sponsor plays a direct role in helping Pomerene continue providing high-quality care close to home.



Event Details


The shoot will take place at Airport Ridge Sporting Clays, located at 9537 County Road 292 in Millersburg, Ohio.


Schedule for the day includes:

  • 8:00 a.m. Registration opens with a light breakfast available
  • 10:00 a.m. Teams are released to begin shooting (no show birds provided)
  • 1:00 p.m. Lunch, awards, and raffle drawings
  • 2:00 p.m. Annie Oakley shoot, with the winner receiving a gun



Team Registration


Teams of four can register for $1,000, which includes:

  • One squad of four shooters
  • A station sponsor sign with company name
  • Entry into a drawing to win a gun for all participants

Sponsorships are available at multiple levels, offering visibility while directly supporting Pomerene’s mission.

  • Title Sponsor – $10,000
  • Gold Sponsor – $5,000
  • Bird Sponsor – $4,500
  • Silver Sponsor – $2,500
  • Bronze Sponsor – $1,500
  • Team Sponsor – $1,000
  • Hospitality Sponsor for meals or side games
  • Cart Sponsor – $600


Sponsors receive recognition through event signage and advertising, with higher-level sponsors included in radio promotion and event banners. The sponsorship commitment deadline is May 1, 2026, to be included in advertising.

On Sunday, October 5, several Pomerene employees and their family members marched in the 63rd Holmes County Antique Festival Grand Parade through historic downtown Millersburg. The Holmes County Antique Festival is more than a parade. Over its two-day run, the event offers antique markets, arts and crafts, live music, classic car shows, and family-friendly activities. At Pomerene, we believe that being part of our community means showing up, not just in healthcare, but in shared moments and local traditions.
