Ultrasound
Ultrasound imaging, also known as sonography uses sound waves to produce the images of the organs, vessels and tissues in the body. Time required is approximately 30 minutes to one hour. Some ultrasound exams available at Pomerene Hospital are:
- Abdomen
- Breast
- Gallbladder
- Obstetrical
- Pelvic
- Testicular
- Thyroid
Appointments are available:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
