Dmitry Shelchkov, M.D. obtained his Medical Degree from Nijny Novgorod Medical School in Russia. He completed his residency training at the University of Connecticut and the Medical College of Ohio. Dr. Sheclchkov is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
