Pomerene Foundation To Host 9th Annual Starlight Golf Scramble
Millersburg, OH - The Joel Pomerene Foundation will be hosting the 9th annual Starlight Golf Scramble this year on May 29th at 9:00 pm at Fire Ridge Golf Course.
This year, the Pomerene Medical Staff will be the Platinum Tee Sponsor, donating $1,500.00.
"We are very appreciative to our physicians for their participation as a major sponsor in the Starlight Golf Scramble this year. Members of our Medical Staff are very supportive of Pomerene and this event in particular," said Tony Snyder, CEO of Pomerene Hospital. "The event always proves to be very successful, and we are hoping to see the same turnout this year as we have in previous years."
The Starlight Scramble is a nighttime golf event using illuminated golf balls and fluorescent light sticks to light the way. The goal of the event is to raise funds for the Joel Pomerene Foundation and Pomerene Hospital Auxiliary to be reinvested for equipment and other medical needs.
