Pomerene Hospital Hosts Nutrition Health Talk
Pomerene Hospital will be hosting a Nutrition Health Talk titled "The Childhood Obesity Battle: Get Your Kids Into Shape" on Monday, May 24th at Keim Lumber in Charm. The presentation will begin at 6:00 pm.
Dr. Eric Miller will explain the seriousness of obesity-related illnesses, and how this "epidemic" begins at childhood. He will also discuss why obesity affects so many of our children and what can be done about it.
Eric Miller, MD, received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio. He completed his residency training at Carilion Health Systems in Roanoke, Virginia, and is currently a physician at East Holmes Family Care.
Dr. Miller is certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
