Community Outreach

Community Outreach offers many classes, seminars, health screenings and support groups throughout the year.

Health and Wellness Screenings will be offered in two tiers; tier 1 will require no doctor's order and tier two will require a doctor's order. Health and Wellness Screenings that will be offered include:

Tier 1:

• Lipid Panel (Cholesterol): $20.00
• PSA (Prostate Cancer): $20.00
• Hemoglobin A1C: $24.00
• Thyroid Panel: $25.00
• Liver Panel: $25.00

Tier 2: Doctor's Order Required

• CBC $20.00
• CMP $40.00

Locations of Screenings
These are offered each month through the hospital's Mobile Medical Unit at the following locations:

• Mt. Hope Methodist Church (across from Sale Barn)
  1st Wednesday of every month
  7:00 am – 11:00 am
  
• Keim Lumber in Charm
  3rd Wednesday of every month
  7:00 am – 11:00 am
