Athletic Training
This is a service designed to bring out the best strength and conditioning for people of any age. Our athletic trainers serve at several area high schools and also in our clinic. No physician’s order is needed to consult with our athletic trainers about your fitness.
Services include:
- Injury prevention
- Fitness consultation
- Personal Training
- Sports Specific Training
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
Friday: 7:00 am to 4:30 am
